The Prophet (saaws) said: “The nations will soon crowd against you like gluttons crowd around their dish”… One asked: “Is it because we will be few in number at that time?”… The Prophet (saaws) replied: “No, at that time you will be many, but you will be (like) scum as the scum of the flood, and Allah will remove the awe of you from the hearts of your enemies, and Allah will throw Wahn into your hearts”… One asked: “What is Wahn, o Messenger of Allah?”… The Prophet (saaws) replied: “The love of this life and the hatred of death” [Abu Dawud and Ahmad] Disaster towards the Muslim ummah caused by the destruction of Khilafah on 3rd March 1924 by Mustapha Kemal.
